Gather for an unforgettable evening in the vineyard celebrating the Pacific Northwest tradition of a salmon bake with a rare-access barrel sample tasting of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from renowned vintners.
Beneath the canopy of oak trees beside the vineyard, the evening begins with an al fresco tasting of the 2025 ¡Salud! Cuvée Pinot Noir as you watch salmon being roasted over the fire. Archery Summit, Beaux Frères, Dusky Goose, Nysa, Open Claim, Penner-Ash Wine Cellars, Ponzi Vineyards, Winderlea and Rain Dance Vineyards will each pour their exclusive ¡Salud! Cuvée, a special bottling created in support of healthcare for vineyard stewards. Produced in extremely limited quantities and not available through traditional retail channels, these wines are rarely experienced side by side, making this a singular opportunity to taste them before release.
Guests will also have the opportunity to secure early access to bidding before the wines open to the public during the Summertime ¡Salud! E-Auction (July 14 – 16).
From there, the evening shifts to the vineyard for a dramatic, open-fire salmon bake. The Rain Dance winery team will roast wild salmon on alder stakes over a live fire, creating a dramatic and time-honored preparation that pairs beautifully with Pinot Noir.
Dinner will be served family-style among the vines, with a menu highlighting seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Throughout the evening, enjoy single-vineyard, estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, along with special selections and library wines from each of the wineries.
Set amongst the vines beside the Rain Dance Vineyards tasting room, this intimate gathering is limited to just 30 guests. It is a rare opportunity to enjoy a cherished regional tradition, locally sourced food, beautiful wines and a welcoming community.
